I am a wellness advocate for DoTerra essential oils. “DoTerra” means gift of the earth and these oils are truly the gift that keeps on giving to my family’s health.

DEEP BLUE RUB

A post-workout muscle lotion that doesn’t smell like Aspercreme. It smells like lovely wintergreen!

My kids love this for growing pains and nothing else works on inflamed joints, etc.

I don’t know how a gel capsule of essential oils can tame my seasonal allergies within minutes of popping this but it really, really works.

LAVENDER

One drop rubbed on the back of the neck and you will sleep like a wee babe.

At the first sign of an earache or throaty problem, I rub with some coconut oil on the affected area and bazinga! Nips it in the bud.
